This Next Awful Week


Summer started for us this week, and the 16-year-old will join us after he finishes his last exam tomorrow morning. They have plans of a lazy summer of no chores, lots of swimming, hanging out with friends, and tons of screen time.
I have very different plans.
The first summer we moved here was one of my favorite summers with my children. New in town,and without social obligations, our days meandered their way through books, naps, and hanging out poolside
