Praying for Naomi – An Update

Thank you to everyone all over the world for praying for the healing of my little goddaughter, Naomi.

She was born earlier this week at 26 weeks gestation and weighed a tiny 1 lb 8 oz. The doctors did not seem very optimistic, but they hadn’t yet met our girl.

She is doing pretty well for a girl who is still so small and sick. According to her mum, Leah, she has stabilized, and her blood gases are looking better. They have been able to reduce her pain and blood pressure medications, and she is holding her own. She is moving around a good bit and trying to peek her eyes open to take a look at the world around her, and she received a blood transfusion this morning which should help her with all of that.

We, her parents and godparents, are incredibly grateful for the outpouring of love, prayers, and well-wishes from those we know, as well as from people we have never met before. It seems that the whole world is praying for this tiny, mighty girl. Thank you for all of your prayers and support up to this point, and please keep the prayers going. Our girl needs them.

Thank you
