Philosophical Leaves – Grace Pending

A tree in the garden, even one hellbent on disguising its purpose,

Can’t help but reveal its fruit to every soul that walks by.

Even its leaves tell the story, first of fits and starts,

Then of a falling away, season upon season.

How very much like the rest of us.

Peace
