Today, we rediscover ourselves
Peeling away layers of fossilized deceit, we begin to uncover an innocence long ago suppressed but never forgotten
Discarding yesterday’s tears like some day old coffee long exposed to the elements, we brew up a fresh cup
Exposing closeted misconceptions about a lifetime of failure, we realize that detachment no longer justifies even our most fanciful aloofness
Today, we rediscover ourselves
Floating high above the groundless ruins that always just stood in the way
