What Good Are The Heavens To Me?


All I have are stones.
But you, yourself, were made from dust!
Ah, I know! I shall first build a foundation.
Yes! As I built Adam, remember?
And then a towering edifice.
Such has been the course, and the curse, of mankind!
That will one day touch the sky!
You can then rest, if you wish, with me!
I shall not weary in my task.
But know that I have dispatched a helper!
For though I remain alone, forever, I am in need of no one
